A few weeks before winter in 2022 the Russian army started targeting Ukrainian critical infrastructures. The aim was to to disrupt life in the rear and force civilians to leave their home and country. Kyiv experienced many blackouts in Decembe, January, February… But there was no new exodus. Ukraine once again hold firm and survived one of the darkest winter of its history.
